If so, most likely you are pretty stressed most of the time.
Why?
Well, you can’t really control the past at all, or the future 100%.
Ok, the past is history obviously, yet many of us live there or visit to often.
The future we can not “control,” but can certainly affect.
However, if we are obsessed with it then we are simply always rushing off to the next task or thought.
Think for a moment, where are your thoughts RIGHT NOW!
Take a moment to relax, just be, enjoy the moment…
For your life is mostly made up of simple moments, why not enjoy every single one them?
Enjoying every moment equates to enjoying your life…

Hi Dominic,
My relationship with the present moment is a constant work in progress. I’m there a lot but I often forget… drifting into the past or dreaming about future. That’s why I designed a tool to help bring more presence to people’s lives called The Now Watch. It’s a watch that tells the time like any watch but more importantly features the word NOW prominently on the face serving as a reminder that no matter what time of day it is… it is always the present moment.
Please check out http://www.thenowwatch.com if you are intrigued. And please feel free to get in touch…
Sincerely - Adam Rothenhaus, Founder of The Now Watch
